SOMA KIOSK
We have developed the SOMA KIOSK, a robust ICT access box for deployment in the most isolated areas on the planet.
This kit is well fitted with computers, Internet access and is powered off the grid using solar energy.
The kiosk contains e-learning resources off a local server hosted in the same enclosure. The KIOSKS come in varying sizes and capacity of occupancy from 20 students to 100 students. The cost of development and deployment is at about 1/5th the cost of the equivalent conventional options.
The goal is to deploy about 1,000,000 SOMA KIOSKS in the most isolated and marginalized areas of the planet by the end of a five (5) year period.
